(Ch. Coedwig's Gold Leaf x Ch. Coedwig's Paradiddle Bon Jolie) We think Vickie is aptly named as she is so pretty as to appear "painted". Kim's fascination with victorian houses (called "vickies" or painted ladies), led to her show name.

Vickie goes Best of Breed at the
Northwest Arkansas Kennel Club show December 2006

At the age of 10 months, Vickie
attended the 2006 National Specialty, placing 4th in the 9-12 puppy sweeps,
and 3rd in the Bred-by class. Vickie was one of the two puppies that placed
in the highly competitive Bred-by class.

Vickie completed her championship from the bred by exhibitor class handled exclusively by her adoring feederwalker, Leda. Vickie has not only been very popular with the judges, but has had many breeders try to twist Leda's arm into selling her. Leda of course, won't hear of that! We are completely thrilled with this classically tri colored beauty, and look forward to a bright future with her. |
